Blue Shield of California knew it wanted to reach a new audience via podcast, but didn’t know where to start. As a longtime partner of the insurance giant, we took the podcast from idea to strategy, to execution, to evolution.

We started with naming and branding—giving the show a brand completely its own—then moved into episode editing and promotion on social and web, even creating a special mini webinar series for the show on YouTube.
