YouTube takes center stage...and stage left...and stage right
2023 marked YouTube Brandcast’s second appearance at NYC’s Upfronts and its first time presenting at Lincoln Center. We made the brand’s return even bigger and better than its debut with fun, creator-forward visuals balanced by iconic YouTube brand elements.
Audience members got a first-hand look at YouTube’s cultural significance and advertisers’ impact on the platform.
In collaboration with design studio DE-YAN, we brought the diversity and energy of YouTube creators to the physical stage with sleek, premium animations set across eight big screens.
The show was infused with vibrant colors, bold messaging, and bright, fun photography to reflect the breadth of YouTube’s content and formats. Always-in-motion content kept the audience engaged and guided them through the story.
We worked with executives like new CEO Neal Mohan to demonstrate how YouTube’s relevancy, results, and new AI initiatives are leading the future of entertainment. We also showcased the ingenuity of partners like Colgate, Sony, and Hershey on the platform—seamlessly tying their successes back to the power of YouTube.
And of course, YouTube’s story extends beyond the stage. Throughout the year, we work as an extension of the team to transform stage content into months-long momentum across channels and engagements.
